While Campagne is expensive, the food quality is excellent and the early bird menu offers a very affordable meal without losing any quality. 29 euro for a three course meal of this standard is well worth it. Cured beef with beetrrot and red cabbage starter was excellent as was the Pork terrine with quince jelly. Pork belly, braised cabbage, pumpkin gnocchi, apple puree worked very well together, As did the Cod with sprouting broccoli and buerre blanc. Other main courses included slowed cooked beef in red wine, the table next to us had it and it looked really appetising. A simple but excellent Creme Brulee and a very interesting rum baba with pineapple were our desserts. Not sure about the rum baba, but nice to see it tried. In looking at other tables, all the food looked of a high standard, could have ordered any of the dishes on the early bird i would have been happy, and the servive was very good. 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 Desserts, tea, coffee, gin and tonic and a 500 ml caraffe of wine approx 80 euro. Was very happy with the experience and will be going back.
