We stayed at the Grand hotel for a week earlier this month. The staff were incredibly helpful when we had to lengthen our stay and add further rooms at short notice. Rooms were really well presented and very clean. Food was exceptional, both breakfast and in the restaurant but most importantly the staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Rosilin was amazing!!!! So accommodating and on top of everything. Excellent food and service. 10/10 recommend going to the pikeman bar. Great atmosphere food and service all around. If you are in the area this is a must visit. Very impressed

The food was fabulous and service was amazing. Rosilin was happy to honour our time deadlines..so happy and would definitely recommend for atmosphere and food. Restaurant was buzzing and full of life.

I was visiting Tralee last week and went to The Grand hotel restaurant, We didn’t have a booking and were blown away by the standard of service and food, The menu had a wide choice -starters -main course and the deserts, I chose the lamb as the main, We will definitely come back as the hotel service was excellent, My family went to the hotel for a dining experience but when we left The Grand hotel it was exciting talking about the menu and service, it was a 5 star dining experience, Thanks

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel. There’s a warm welcome at check in - lovely log fire in the foyer. The room was fine: clean & comfortable . The only downside was no lift I was on 2nd floor) they did offer to carry your luggage for you though.
The food is fabulous nice breakfast and I had dinner in twice - once in the bar with friends and the other time in the dining room. Great quality and large portions a very central location for town
