When you provide hotel pick up, you should warn the people in advance they may have to walk more than 1/2 mile back to their lodging property. We were let out of the bus in a place we were unfamiliar with and told to walk "that way." My husband is 80 and we did not appreciate not being returned to where we were picked up. Instructions along the way were not overly clear. When we were picked up at our hotel, the driver took off before we had a chance to be seated and we lurched forward in the back of the bus several times before being able to get to our seats. The ride up through the Gap was nice, but the transport was no bargain. We had been up to the gap with another vendor a few years back and had a much better experience.
