To start with, we absolutely love the incredible space in this hotel, tables are always spaced out well (ideal in covid times as well). The foyer is always very inviting and we are always greeted warmly and professionally at reception.
We always book deluxe rooms but they are just as good as any superior room, always cleaned immaculately and Ive never came across any sign of wear and tear even though the hotel has been opened for years. The beds are comfortable and the spacious bathroom is just the height of luxury, I always love the shower hose attached to the bath, very handy for just washing my hair, its a minor detail but its something that I struggle to do in other places.
The Angsana spa is just pure heavan.
When the hotels were back open after the first lockdown in 2020, we knew this hotel would be our perfect escape. Our most recent visit was a few weeks ago, the hotel still provided its high quality service. Not only had we a choice from the breakfast menu, we were also invited a very nice spread of different breakfast items to choose from in a buffet. Everything was well covered and very nicely laid out. It was nice the hotel didnt cut back like that. The bar food was really nice as well and the bar is very relaxing at night.
We found the staff at the bar very professional and friendly. They made sure you were looked after while at the same time not intruding too much.
During our stay understandably due to covid rules the rooms werent been cleaned but the hotel had a cardboard u could fill in as to what you needed for the room which you put outside your door, we came back to a nice bag with a plentiful supply of what we needed, it suited us perfectly, room not been cleaned didnt make a difference to us. We also like to thank the hotel for those nice biscuits that were in our room when we arrived as a welcome back gift. We recommend ye all the time to family and friends and wish ye every continued success in your future business.More
