Just returned from a relaxing stay in the Brehon with my husband and our two small children (2 and 5 years old). Already planning our return trip as we were very impressed. Loved the spacious warm lobby and mezzanine area. Staff on the front desk couldn’t do enough for us given that we arrived without a reservation on a busy bank holiday weekend. As we had the two children with us we opted to eat in the bar each day. The menu was varied and the price reasonable. The food was fresh as you would expect, delicious and well presented. Breakfast was equally enjoyable. We found the staff very welcoming, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this beautiful child friendly hotel which left us well rested and ready to go again.
