Great views of the lake, fabulous service,everyone made you feel welcome the spa was amazing,the suite we stayed in was fantastic,great place for afternoon tea,dining in the restaurant and bar a must friendly staff great food.
Music in the bar great entertainment.
This is a great hotel to travel around kerry and walk through killarney with all the mountains,lakes and park's.

I stayed in the brehon with my mam in april for the high kings!
It was also my birthday.
We received a lovely complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates, and the receptionist even wished me happy birthday.
We also had a fabulous dinner in their restaurant.
It's not my first time staying here, and every time they get better and better and the standard goes up.
I will certainly be returning!

The room was great, spacious which is a must when you're travelling with kids. Staff were a delight and made us and our boys feel special. Food was tasty, great portion sizes for the kids too. Would highly for brehon if you are visiting killarney

The Brehon hotel was one of our favorite places to stay during our Ireland road trip. We were surprised by how large the hotel was and the spaciousness of our room. We were traveling with two kids so we had requested a family suite but didn't expect that the room would be more than twice the size of the hotels we had stayed in Dublin, Kilkenny and Cork.
The family suite begins with a vestibule area to minimize sound, then contains a seating area with a couch and television, two twin beds for the kids, then another seating area with tables and chairs, a large floor to ceiling window, then a queen size bed, followed by a spacious open closet and a large luxury bathroom. It was great.
The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from downtown Killarney with it's pubs, restaurants and shopping. The hotel also has ample free parking and free wifi. There is a bar on the first floor that had live music in the evening, and a restaurant across from the hall that had excellent food.

We were given a weekend as a wedding gift in August last year,stunning hotel all staff were excellent and very welcoming and very helpful Totally enjoyed our stay ,great atmosphere in the bar and food was amazing .would definitely stay again and would reccomend it to family and friends .

We recently stayed for two nights in the Brehon. It’s a really lovely hotel with large open spaces. Our first night was challenging as there was a lot of loud music being played really late at night. We weren’t able to sleep with it and had to ring the front desk. The night porter did contact them to keep the noise down but they kept playing. To be fair the hotel did ask them to be quiet. The next morning after breakfast I mentioned it to the front desk if we could move room. A manger said no problem at all and actually upgraded us to a full suite to make up for the lack of sleep the night before. The room was amazing and really did make up for the night before. The manager was really nice and professional. All in all we would definitely recommend the Brehon. Even if we weren’t upgraded it still would have been a lovely stay. Dinner in the bar was very nice and the waiter Aine was very nice and professional. Breakfast is also very good with a vast selection.
