Walking distance to center of town. Fab lobby but rooms bit outdated. Not much power in shower.
Food in Tan Yard is lovely but not a huge choice. Staff friendly and excellent Spa. Free secure car park but getting up to lobby was a puzzle.More

This hotel never lets us down right in the centre of Killarney beautiful hotel great atmosphere would highly recommend staying here staff very friendly couldn’t do enough for us room was very big and clean looking into the streets of Killarney price was a bit exspensive but as hotel are going it was similar price to other hotels we had checked out beds extremely comfortable rooms were lovely and clean

Emma Rose was such a bubbly and kind server and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our evening. She was not only friendly, but also gave us recommendations on her favourite dishes. Such a lovely meal and even better staff!

Fab atmosphere. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. They were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and this continued for the entirety of our stay. Lovely food. Room was excellent beds were very comfortable and cozy….didn’t want to get out of the bed in the morning.

The hotel was more than could be asked. The rooms are lovely and airy and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. It's location is ideal and is right on the edge of the town centre. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very good over all. My only issue was that the lunch was very disappointing. Otherwise the breakfast and dinner was good. The location is excellent. It is very central and a short walk from the train station. The rooms were nice with added extras such as an ironing board, tea making facilities etc. The staff were extremely helpful.
