The hotel staff were great all highly considerate, the food was top tier especially that honey duck. Only problem was the drink was watered down quiet a bit but most hotels and bars do this practice so nothing surprising. Names of staff that stuck out dee, michael, sheen.

Our stay at the hotel was part of our family road trip. The hotel was well situated for access to the town centre and also for days out to the local sites such as the Torc waterfall and the national park. The staff were friendly and efficient- nothing was too much! Fantastic breakfast and the rooms were immaculate. We will recommend it to family and friends and hope to return in the future

Upon checkin the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The red haired receptionist was exceptionally happy, friendly and polite. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. The breakfast was delicious and varied and one staff member was willing to allow my daughter to use her Soya milk so that she could enjoy her breakfast. A first class hotel with first class service and first class staff. I would happily recommend this hotel and will happily stay again should i return to Killarney again, only for longer next time

We booked this break last minute and working in another four star hotel in Galway, I know how busy these times are.. we were lucky to find such a diamond of a place. The booking process was a breeze and Jacquie our Receptionist was first class with a quirky sense of humour that easily brings a smile... She found us an amazing room with lovely views and was so welcoming when we got to the hotel, we instantly knew we'd made the right choice! Along with Dee and Orla, Shannon in the Restaurant and the lovely Joan, we were made to feel like part of the family... The food was lovely and the staff so good, always ready with recommendations, helpful tips and a smile. Jacquie gave us idea for places to visit and maps for direction which actually made our stay even more memorable. We've already decided we would be back very soon for another fabulous break!! Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough

I don't usually write reviews, but we had such a lovely experience staying at The Heights Hotel, I had to. The staff were all amazing creating a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We booked in for dinner which I can't praise highly enough both the service & the food. I can't remember the last time I ate out where every course was perfect & had such a satisfied feeling afterwards. The food was DELICIOUS!!! And the service & staff were FANTASTIC!!! Thanks to all at The Heights Hotel for a lovely stay.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Killarney right near the national park, as well as the city. The staff were friendly and always very helpful. The room was very clean and was very quiet. There was nothing else I can ask for! The breakfast was really good as well!
