I have to admit, when I arrived I took a double look at my Google maps directions thinking surely this isnt it..It really isnt very charming from the outside mainly because of all the balconys..thank God its a whole other story inside! Nice big clean warm lobby, friendly+easy check-in. In fact I was an hour early but my room was ready so great! Lovely room with large balcony. The views overlooking the lake+mountains are stunning. For anyone considering bringing kids, they accomodate brilliantly for kids as there are a load of apps and games on the room TVs and you can hire DVDs and even a PlayStation from reception. The thermal suite is complimentary to guests between 5+7:30 but unfortunately you arent allowed use your mobile so I dont have any pictures of it. Its nice but small enough, they claim for the Hammam to smell of aromatic scents...if you call sweat aromatic?!?!..Every good 5 star has a turndown service in the evenings and last nights included a Lily O'Briens chocolate. Nice. This mornings breakfast was a bit disappointing,a great menu and loads on offer but my Eggs Benedict which I usually lap up wasnt great, the English muffin was in fact just a slice of white bread..Disappointing that a 5 star hotel chef chanced that. However banana bread was on offer which ive never seen on a breakfast menu and that was delicious I booked this deal on luxury breaks .ie for €139,excellent price. Always worth...More
