A gem of a hotel in an ideal location. I stay in plenty of hotels and randles hotel is up there with 1 of the best. If you smoke or just want to have a drink outside, they have a lovely seating area with blankets on the chairs and hot water bottles at your request. I've never seen thst in any hotel so that was an amazing plus.More

If your looking for a great hotel with friendly staff and exceptional comfort this is the place to stay in Killarney. Also great value, great food and silence in the evening.. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by a very helpful front desk staff member which gives the feeling of relaxation immediately.
On entering the room the immediate comfort is evident. All bathrooms have been renovated since we stayed last year and to the highest standers. A very pleasant stay and we have booked again already.

We stayed for New Years in the hotel and really enjoyed our time. Beautiful hotel made all the more enjoyable by the friendly and accommodating staff. Walking distance to the town centre and the nearby gardens.

I did not expect what we got! I was expecting mid range bog standard..what we got was luxury and care! There were lovely moments everywhere in.the attention to details and creating interest all around. It's a really well thought out hotel that's imaginative yet traditional.. Check out the ceiling in the bar! The staff were very attentive, interested and warm and made you feel like you belonged there. Breakfast was great and beautifully served with lots of space and privacy.. great menu choice. We had two dinners there which were exquisite..
Were all vegetarian and had lots of choice.

Randles is a hidden gem tucked into a hill side on the Muckross road very slide to town centre. We were greeted by very friendly reception staff at check in, the reception, bar and common areas were incredibly comfortable and cosy to enjoy and such a tonic this time of year. We stayed in a junior suite which was better than expected. Large comfortable bed, couch , electric fire and large smart television. Views of the mountains. Would highly recommend Randles and will be staying here when in Kilarney again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful room and gorgeous outdoor terrace, the bar is stunning and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, really enjoyed our stay. Parking is OK, facilities underground. It's an awkward place to pull in and out of from main road.
