had a most pleasurable stay with such friendly and euthanistic and ever so friendly staff all over the house, food we fresh and delivered with a smile all over pleasant fun hotel and plenty of staff available to address any needs one had

Lovely place to stay in Galway, a real treat. Old fashioned Hotel with high quality service, rooms, food etc.
Location is great, just on Eyre sq.
Rooms are all beautiful with high comfort in all.
Staff are all very professional and helpful from the manager to the household

The location is perfect for everywhere in galway.located beside the train station.and in the heart of eyre sqaure.rooms were excellent as was the food.the staff were all superb.we will definitely return.

The Hardiman is a top class hotel in the heart of Galway. Check in was great. The manager and assistant managers cannot do enough for their customers. Excellent staff. Our room is lovely overlooking Eyre Square. You need look no further on a visit to Galway city.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. The reception staff are very efficient and friendly.
The rooms are big but in desperate need of renovation ! The bed was comfortable.
There was a good singer, guitarist and ukulele player who entertained us in the bar on Saturday night but the lighting was much too bright which spoiled the atmosphere.
The breakfast was very poor, we ordered a hot breakfast but it was obviously not cooked to order as it arrived within a few minutes and was just about warm enough to eat.
All in all for the price we paid this hotel was not good value for money and I would not stay again.

Experience at the hotel was as pointed out above and I would be telling that to all of my family and friends whenever we are talking about hotels and would encourage them to try it out for a stay whenever in the Galway area as a great place to stay.
