lovely hotel with a great leisure center and fab buffet breakfast. bathroom a little small. bar food prices expensive. great location by salthill prom and bus stop at the front. we enjoyed our stay very much and thought room and breakfast were good value.

Kind of ok experience, the rooms were small bearing in mind the type of hotel, the charging and the location. I travel a reasonable amount and I think you get better value for money elsewhere in Galway

Some staff were great, but others weren’t quite at the races

I felt I was being charged top rates and getting an ok service, ie the breakfast was average, the bar service was average etc

Oh and the WiFi was pants, they do really need to sort that out for the money being charged

It would be great to see the kids club up and running once again. My kids were disappointed that it wasn't running this Easter. Had to be occupied with the pool just as they are on the Easter break the club worked well last year for families that wanted 2hrs of piece, even just to get ready for the night.

Very enjoyable experience, although early morning traffic noise had an impact on quality of sleep experienced. Overall great value and would not hesitate to stay again. Great facilities and quality the breakfast was at the higher end of the scale

Wonderful old school hotel , with a relatively recent upgrade and newer wing . Great facilities , gym , pool , friendly staff , decent bar . Great location right on the Salthill Prom , great for walking , strolling into Salthill . easy taxi access into Galway . Try get a room in the newer wing , and if there during race week , avoid the first floor if possible !!
