I dont usually write hotel reviews but everything g about the stay here was top notch. From the staff I dealt with via email ( notable simon). So helpful efficient and friendly. Group of 14 ladies. Rooms were ready hours before the 3pm.check if which helped us as we were on a tight schedule. Massive rooms. Spotless. Pleasant and professional staff member greeted us with all of our names ready to go and I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. I have stayed before but they have made great improvements. Location 5 mins walk from the train Station

I have stayed here for over 20 plus years and absolutely love it. Everything from the location, amazing in Eyre Square, to the food and especially the wonderful people that work there. Simon, Leona, Matilda, Christina, John, Tom in the bar who fed me yesterday evening and was so lovely. Mateo in the bar who served me breakfast and especially Catherine the kindest lady. And last but not least Ollie the night Porter. Their customer service and the way they look after their guest is second to none. It is such a pleasure staying here and I hope for many” years to come.
