The staff and atmosphere in this pub really make it something special. A quirky lay out, real fires and a diverse mix of clientele make this place something special.

This pub is a delight inside and out: it is authentically old-fashioned with wood counters and snugs, an open fire, posters of theatrical and cinematic glories of yesteryear inside, while outside you can sit in equal comfort in wicker chairs and watch the world go by. Love both their beer and wine selections

stopped in for a pint to see what this place was like. I was blown away by the old school laid back vibe and the awesome decor inside. lots of little places to go and hang out or you can sit outside and people watch. Loved it.

Tigh Neachtain's pub is located in Galways 'party zone'. It is painted a bright blue colour. The interior is lovely and our bar tender was adorable, serving 5 'Irish Coffees' with meticulous care and attention to detail. I really loved this pubs' ambiance, unfortunately, I really, really hated the awful street it is located on. Close your eyes to the awful street, with its tawdry souvenir shops and authentic 'Aran' sweaters, machine-made in China! I would just love to relocate this charming pub onto a less commercialized street!

This is a truly amazing pub with great service. The atmosphere is created by the genuine old world, old pub surroundings complete with snugs, nooks and crannies, convivially bringing together and eclectic mix of all ages and all types of people. Whatever the magic in the air, people smile and laugh, talk and share tables. If it is too packed and you think you'll never get a drink, just wait a few minutes and talk to someone beside you. Before you know it, that will be the friendly bar staff. And then on Sunday evenings there is live acoustic music which could e from any part of the globe. Then without knowing how it happened, you are almost the only one there. No one shouting last orders or closing time. It just get a little breezy.
