They were not busy and it was starting to get late but the service here was phenomenal and really friendly. The food was outstanding and that’s not even saying enough! My wife and I were not expecting it and left completely satisfied.

Not far from city center is a great bar and restaurant. You can dine in the bar area if you get there early or in the dinning room from 6:00 pm on. The menu is varied and they have some creative starters. The mains are very well prepared. A very pleasant surprise, give it a try.

Went in with my girlfriend yesterday evening. We ordered two starters, two mains , a dessert to share and a bottle of Merlot. Everything was absolutely perfect, Delicious and divine food, combined with really lovely wine, was worth to try it for the first time. Really professional staff member from Suffolk was looking after us. Sadly we haven't asked for his name! We might have a chance when we go in the next time, Because definitely we are coming back. Would recommend to friends or family.

We were looking for somewhere quiet to eat as the pubs were full of people watching the world cup. I think the staff were not expecting any diners - as they seemed surprised we wanted to eat away from the TV and not really set up for service.

We had the 3 course meals for the adults - and off the menu for the kids. The meals were ok - but the portions were too big and would have been better to focus on quality than quantity - eg the roast already came with cabbage and mash, so didn't need potato bake, mashed sweet potato and overcooked (or frozen) green beans with it. Smaller portions of just the best parts would have been better for us - because we didn't end up even ordering our dessert.

So - a good average meal but nothing to rave about.

Good choice ,well cooked and generous portions at a reasonable cost. Staff were very friendly and helpful and service was prompt
