Good overall, not quite 4 star re; food and presentation of breakfast and food in Brasserie. The swimming pool and area was super and clean. I enjoyed a lovely swim. Staff very friendly and efficient. I would go back as the grounds are lovely. More

This hotel is a disgrace, from when we arrived not one radiator in the building was on, nor even lukewarm. Breakfast was basic, barely passable. People were wearing coats to breakfast. Even the leisure centre was freezing cold. Do not stay here. They charge full prices but won't even heat the place.

Stayed on the 2nd floor (R217) rooms might need updating - bigger tvs etc - our room had a double and a single bed this room was not big enough for this layout no bedisde table at one side of the double bed as it was upagainst the window bit of an effort to get out at that side of the double bed - this room should have a king or queen size bed only - room clean - bathroom clean

The Ardilaun is absolutely stunning yet warm and cozy. The staff were prompt on their service, warm and friendly. The grounds are spectacular and the included breakfast was delicious and generous. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Would not go back with what went wrong with the lift in breakfast room. Going to reception was like a maze. Was not well signposted. If there was rain I would be drenched going to reception A lot of parked on Disabled parking
We stated here for one night and were delighted with the Deluxe room and the general service and facilities. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast the next day was top notch. It is very handy for access to the City with a bus service right beside the entrance gates and Salthill also.
