The location is fantastic and the views we had were great, along with friendly staff. The reason for only 4 starts is due to the housekeeping, or lack there of. At a hotel of this standard, you expect daily housekeeping. This was not the case as it seems they are using Covid as a reason to not service the rooms daily. This seems to be of an expense saving strategy instead of a precautionary concept. When we returned to the room, there was a red bag with towels on the floor. This means that someone went into the room, left things on the floor and left. Not the stand one expects.More
