A nice hotel with friendly staff in a lovely location in Galway City. Highly recommended. I had a corner room overlooking the canal and was met with the site of swans in the morning. Loved the Irish breakfast in the morning!More

Hotel is easy to find in a great location for bars, restaurants and right next to the Quays. The rooms was spacious and clean. It was a twin room with two double beds which is quite unusual. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean.

If you are looking for a tourist friendly hotel in a fantastic location for a reasonable rate then this may be the best choice. There are other hotels and rooms in the area; but this hotel has the perfect location right on the river where the Latin Quarter begins. Not too fancy. Not too shabby. A good value overall.

My Husband and I stayed for 1 Night( How Lucky were we)?
The bathroom had a strong smell of Urine
Shower curtain filthy all stains. Room way overpriced Oh yes it’s a very central location, all the more reason you should have respect for customers not be taking advantage of them.
Your Hotel is old and really needs a redo.

An average hotel, below the standard of a UK Premier Inn for comparison. Just did not feel the hotel was clean, bathroom facilities poor, blocked sink and just tired. The first night the room was stifling hot, there was a fan in the room but that did little to cool anyone down, because the heating was on!!! Staff were friendly, did not eat in the hotel because prefer the freedom.

Nice rooms with a view and friendly staff who are very attentive and welcoming.
The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to everything so once parked the car can stay put so you can enjoy walking around the sites while taking in the atmosphere
