Good ramen is surprisingly hard to come by in Dublin from what I've experienced. Thankfully someone went and set up a whole restaurant based around it.
The ramen here is delicious and various, even being given the choice to choose your base soup. Who knew ramen could have such variety? It can seem a bit pricey but that's standard fare for ramen in Ireland unfortunately. The location and premises itself also adds to it - there's this really chill vibe inside that almost makes the food better (and the relaxing electronic music drowns out the slurps of nearby eaters).
If you're looking for a decent ramen spot and are in the area then this is the place.
