tiny seafood shack in the middle of Temple Bar! some of the best seafood in Dublin. the Oysters are all Irish and amazing. Haven't had such a good lobster roll since I left Boston! Highly recommend you go the food is great and it`s a unique experience! BUT does get very busy in the summer and there are only 4 or 5 tables!

Best shellfish you'll find in Dublin! It's a very small, narrow, intimate dining area which continues into the open kitchen. Imagine a garage, not quite wide enough for a car, but twice the length. Go at an "off peak" time to get a seat, we arrived at 4pm, just the barrel table out front occupied. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about everything on the backboard menu. Rob, Conor, Matt and Rim (who selected some great music) were a super team and very skilled with shellfish. We picked 3 different "naked" oysters to start, which were delicious, flavours exactly as explained based on where they were from. A free one too, just for a comparison of flavour! Main course of mussels, tender and full of flavour in a white wine sauce with garlic, celery and chilli. Toasted bread to mop the liquor. Then, fresh in, a scallop, "would you like to try one"? It was fantastic, melted in your mouth, raw, with just a pinch of sea salt and a touch of fresh lemon. A chilled bottle of white wine, the perfect accompaniment. These guys know what they're doing, get the best produce, prepare it well and send it out. It's that simple and a wow factor for the customers. A must visit venue in this eclectic, vibrant city. Will be back!
