Description: Pearl Brasserie restaurant Dublin opened its doors on the 7th December 2000. Our first objective was to build a team with a hunger to learn and a passion for detail. The same hard work was being asked of our Irish and continental suppliers. So we were able to get the best Irish and French produce on a daily basis. Culinary ingenuity and skill from the kitchen combines with warm, welcoming, professional service delivering one of Dublin’s premier fine dining experiences. Our head chef/patron Sebastien Masi was awarded Best chef of the year 2017 by Georgina Campbell’s Guides, Pearl Brasserie continues to perform at the top of the game in Dublin. Bon Appetite

It’s been a while since I dined so fine and not exorbitantly priced for such a pleasant evening. The staff excelled and couldn’t do any more for us. They just knew there job , always there when needed without being in your face. It’s always a good sign when you see the food on expensive Churchill plates and that’s just one of the signs of what you can expect. The ambiance of the cellar type environment along with the impeccable cleanliness, great wines and food to die for,,, we will return very soon.

Absolutely wonderful dinner and service! We came just as they changed to their winter menu- Halibut was delicious! Sommelier was very helpful in suggesting a wine both of us would enjoy. Highly recommend.

Truly one the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Didn’t look up the reviews like I normally do & went on my travel agent’s recommendation. Loved that each dining area is cove like

Experienced a very nice lunch including very friendly and professional staff. Fantastic fish dishes, amazing wasabi ice cream as a topping to the avocado starter. Great combination. Couldn’t be better. Strongly recommended.
