Description: Pearl Brasserie restaurant Dublin opened its doors on the 7th December 2000. Our first objective was to build a team with a hunger to learn and a passion for detail. The same hard work was being asked of our Irish and continental suppliers. So we were able to get the best Irish and French produce on a daily basis. Culinary ingenuity and skill from the kitchen combines with warm, welcoming, professional service delivering one of Dublin’s premier fine dining experiences. Our head chef/patron Sebatien Masi was awarded Best chef of the year 2017 by Georgina Campbell’s Guides, Pearl Brasserie continues to perform at the top of the game in Dublin. Bon Appetite

Had a wonderful lunch at the Pearl. Food was spectacular. We had one of the quiet corners which was perfect. Everyone was very attentive and we could not have asked for more. A marvellous experience.

Greeted on a miserable wet evening in Dublin by a lovely French woman who was very friendly, extremely professional and who seated us very quickly.
The menu was wonderful, six of us each had different starters and mains. Each one superb. The service was immaculate - friendly, professional and efficient. It's so unusual to get all three things right.

Had the tasting menu of several courses. They even allowed us to change one of the courses as we preferred one of the starters on the al la carte. It was delicious as well as the wines that went with each course. The atmosphere was good too.
I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Brought by a business partner along with 3 others, arriving early to a near empty restaurant, we were warmly greeted, always present but never obtrusive. A nice looking premises with a good value menu and plentiful choices, the food French influenced , not large quantities but I went away feeling full and contented. Good choice.
