My claim remained unanswered...
Dear Mrs M,
I stayed at your hotel. This is a claim as
1) I did not get any warm water at all today and could not get a shower. On day 1 , the water was just warm enough to get a shower; but not a shampoo. An employee told me to let run the water, but this did not changed anything.
2) the price of €174/night is over priced not only for the service/ comfort that is delivered (tiny bathroom, no hot water, cleaning service not having cleaned my hair on the ground, noise from the street with poor windows closing, thin wall I could hear my neighbors at 2am and could not fall asleep again) compared to the €232/night breakfast included I paid at the Hilton Garden Inn**** and the €195 breakfast included at the Clayton Burlington**** where everything was perfect and worth the money.
3) the difference of prices on your website and the variability: on my very first day, the room could be booked at €74 whereas I paid €174 three weeks in advance
I really wonder how you can still charge your customers for a room and service that worth a Youth Hostal at €30.
Looking at the comments in booking.com or others, I see that the hot water problem is recurrent whereas your staff told me "how it could be, that is the 1st time bla bla"More
