Great food. Dana our waitress took such good care of us and made sure we were well looked after. A super night.

The staff were very accommodating to us on a busy Friday night. The prices were a little steep for a restaurant that I would not write home about. We had steaks and the quality of the meat leaves a lot to be desired.

The Maitre D is excellent. Management pay attention. After that is goes down hill. It is a shame as it has such great potential. Foods was awful. Raspberry jus in shallot vinegar for oysters. OMG Yeuch. Maybe I am purist but raspberries with oysters, in jus, is just plain wrong ! Told me how all meat is cooked the night before to make it easy for the chef ! Seriously ? A chef who can't manage to roast chickens and a beef for Sunday lunch?? Who needs customers ! It tasted pretty awful but sendng it back would have improved nothing. He had no idea. Lump of mash in the middle of the plate with a somewhat grey looking slice of beef and an Irish glow-in-the-dark-skin on the chicken Like it was boiled. They do a little beef and chicken, same plate, Sunday lunch. Cocktail had a few pips from a Passion Fruit but not a passion fruit in sight for Mojito. They "don't bother as it isn't ordered much" It was a lovely day. Sat by the window and read the paper which was lovely ! Paid a ridiculous amount for awful food. Wasn't up for discussion as I was so tired. Shame, as it has a lot going. New chef and some customer training for the waitresses. Needs fans or air con upstairs, way too hot for comfort. A change of chef would give a new lease of life ! Maitre D is a gem..... for any resturant Hope they improve and give it a decent paint job. Nice rooms otherwise.

Service was friendly. We could not understand that this restaurant has got 21. ranking of 1821. We ordered Rack of lamb. There was only two chops of greasy lamb, no garlic or pepper and no colour of grill. The price was 27,50 €! We visit never at this restaurant in future.
