“A very enjoyable stay, from three very satisfied travellers”
Reviewed 11 July 2018 for a stay in January 2018

This lovely apartment is spacious, has 2 bedrooms, and is located on the first floor. The apartment has private parking, it also has easy access to the city centre via LUAS or bus services. The apartment has a dining area. There is also a colour TV in the apartment. There are Windows that overlook the, not too busy Rathmines Road. In the apartment, there is: A stove/oven, toaster, appliances, counter space, microwave, colour TV, kettle and a washer-dryer is situated here. The apartment was fairly quiet, and we had a very good nights sleep throughout our stay. The host was very helpful, kind and always available if there was ever a problem.

About 2 minutes walk from the apartment, there is a Tesco Express, Chemist and a local church. There are fast and frequent bus services into Rathmines Town and Dublin City Centre. It is around 30-40 minutes, from the Airport, when we took a taxi during our stay. The apartment was very clean, and we even got to sample some local food and groceries, which was in our apartment when we arrived, which we loved. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, and we would certainly recommend this place to other people.

“Quiet, Convenient, Perfect”

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment suited us perfectly. The bedrooms face out the back so no noise from the road. The living space and kitchen are a good size and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with linen and towels provided. Elaine couldn’t have made our stay any better, always available to speak to personally. The parking was a plus with the advantage of knowing exactly where to park, a plus in Dublin. With a Tesco supermarket downstairs and more foodie type stores on the block for good quality bread, butcher and fish. Only a short walk away from good pubs and the buses just outside too. Also close to the city. We couldn’t recommend this apartment more. Thanks again Elaine :-).

“Beyond expectations - 6 stars”
Reviewed 12 April 2018 for a stay in April 2018

The apartment was tasteful and more than sufficient. There was easy access to any needs; shopping, transportation, and eateries. But the 6th star was Elaine, a lovely concierge. Simply stated, she went well out of her way to make our stay a memorable vacation. Don't miss this one!

“Could Be Better”

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights with our daughter. Elaine was excellent to deal with. The location is great with a tesco express next door and it's in a lovely area. The welcome pack is an added bonus. The bedrooms are very quiet as they are located at the back of the apartment. The apartment is well stocked. Check in was easy as you collect the keys at the pharmacy underneath. However I do feel the apartment could be cleaned better. The sealant around the shower in the ensuite needs to be replaced as it's very discoloured and makes the ensuite look dirty. There was a smell in the kitchen area which meant we had to keep the windows open while we were in the apartment. If these issues were resolved It would be an excellent place to stay.
