Visited on Saturday after attending the Craft Beer festival in the RDS. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night. Got a nice welcome and a table looking out on to the road on arrival. Menu was not overly extensive but it had the old reliable Lamb Jahlfrezi so went with that. I found it cooked to perfection and the portion was large. Spice level was just right. Bill came to €18.80, including rice that was charged separately to the main dish. I probably would have ordered a starter had they been a bit cheaper - probably goes with the territory in Dublin 4 however. Overall a very good dining experience and would definitely return.

Lunch or Dinner, we have eaten here quite a bit over the years and it has always been extremely reliable. Leaving value and money out of it for a second, the number of Indian places in Dublin where not all dishes taste the same can be counted on one hand. As a vegetarian, who has lived in India, I can hand on hear say that this place hits the veggie high notes better than most. Great Value, and friendly service.

Went there for lunch the other day. Very limited menu. Very 'tired' looking restaurant with a very strong aroma of Indian spices. Very average service - certainly not friendly. The food was ok- not bad but not good; average at best. But much better Indian restaurant around the corner in terms of quality of service, presentation, menu variety and most importantly, quality of food. When I am in the area again & fancy an 'indian' I will be giving this place a wide berth & heading around the corner for Jewel in the Crown

I expected better from this restaurant after seeing reviews on TripAdvisor. I was throughly disappointed. The food was not fresh and the waiter dipped his tie into the food while serving. Very dissatisfied with the place and food.

Working in Dublin for a while from week to week and don't miss a visit each week. There's no bowls of thick slop here, just wonderful, warm and delicately spiced dishes served with a friendly smile. The Goan fish curry is amazing, but the lamb rogan josh tonight was sublime and well offset with the raita and lemon rice.
