I got exceptional service from Staff especially Magdalena, I must say all staff in the Hotel were very kind and excellent service was provided by each and everyone breakfast staff in the morning was also good in the Restaurant Area great thanks a lot JatinMore

Staff service excellent. Location is ideal. Excellent nights' sleep. Late booking that was superb value for
money. Everything fine with the room other than mould on the ceiling in the bathroom.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the location is perfect, very small room. The site said there was free breakfast but there was not. I would stay there again but it is very expensive for the tiny room with no breakfast

Smooth fast check in and good knowledge of local area (bus stops etc)

Hotel rooms could do with an uplift as they are dated.
Note that the roads/area around this hotel are busy, so if you want absolute silence it’s not the place.

It was my first trip to Dublin, the staff at the hotel and the Trinity bar that is attached was amazing. Friendly and very helpful, great location and I highly recommend the Dublin Citi Hotel. I will definitely return in the future.
