This was my second tour with Vagabond, and I couldn’t have been happier with everything!! Our guide, Shane, was knowledgeable and so personable. The trip itself was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfectly planned out for us, from our outings to where we slept each night. I HIGHLY recommend Vagabond/Driftwood Tours!!!

What a memorable tour of Ireland, thanks to Vagabond Tours and our great guide, Paddy! We took the 11-day Driftwood tour that focused on Irish culture & history, castles, gardens and spectacular scenery. The staff at Vagabond were so helpful in preparing us for the trip and the itinerary included well-known sites as well as hidden gems that we would have missed had we traveled on our own. Clearly much thought has been given to planning the tours, down to timely ‘rest’ stops, traditional music as we drove, restaurant recommendations, and shopping tips. The Black Cab tour of Belfast was enlightening and the visit to Bridgette & Seamus's sheep farm where we fed baby sheep and held baby goats was great fun. The accommodations were of good quality and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. And we were fortunate to have an interesting group of fellow travelers with us. We have done a fair amount of European traveling, planning our own trips. Vagabond has won us over to the small group tour experience and we would highly recommend Vagabond Tours to friends and others. Slainte!

We’re over the moon to hear that your 11 Day tour exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed your time with Paddy. We’re so glad you enjoyed the Black Cab tour and the visit to Bridgette & Seamus's farm, they are some of our favourite activities to do as they represent the real Ireland! The baby goats are so fun.

My husband and I have traveled in Ireland on our own and with another tour company. I wish we knew about Vagabond Tours before. Each day was carefully crafted to meet our need. We not only saw the expected sites but also the unexpected.
Vagabond is a small group tour.
Our guide was fabulous… weaving together history and location with his adept story telling skills.
Our tour guide was Conor…. He is just fantastic.

Wonderful adventure actively seeing and experiencing a lot of Ireland. Our tour guide/driver was a wealth of knowledge and energy.
Accommodations, food, tours within the tour, and flexibility enhanced the experience.

I went with my two adult son's and 2 friends. We met wonderful people on the bus from Philly and Omaha. First, I'd like to thank our beautiful and fun tour guide, Roisin. She was the heart of the tour. She brought us all together as a group. Roisin was an excellent driver who took us to off the path places. She was a wealth of knowledge in Irish history, so we learned a lot. I felt safe and cared for during this trip. Next was the amazing scenery and stops. We saw and experienced Ireland in a way I didn't expect. The music sessions, Rosin's fiddle, flute and piano playing was a welcome bonus. The bus was comfortable took lots of comfort stops. The hotels and B&B's we stayed in were all great. I enjoyed the nice breakfasts before taking off for the day. For me and my son's it was a trip of a lifetime. Amazingly, I can't think of a thing to complain about. It was perfect! I'm thinking of coming back one day for the music tour. Thank's Rosin and Vagabond.
