Very nice genuine warm welcome on entry - Opted for the early bird menu - Highly recommend the Duck arancini - in a different class to what passes for starters in other more expensive restaurants. Colleague had the mussels - generous and well flavoured. Pre starters some complimentary nice flavoured butter and bread was presented
Seafood linguine and raviloi followed - linguine packed with shells and led to some shell sucking - it was that good! Good attentive service from wait staff contributed to a super meal - could just manage to share a salted caramel roulade with berry compote and we rounded off the meal with tea and a coffee -
The restaurant was done up recently although the job obviously didn't extend to the bathrooms unfortunately which were the only slight downer on the evening
Nonetheless great value and super spot - will return and will try to do so often!
