We went of a before dinner drink, this was a good choice. Nice atmosphere, interesting decor, comfortable seating. The music mix was excellent.

The decorations, vibe and food make it a good place to eat and drink. Can't remember the last time I had lunch in a comfortable vintage wingback couch under the supervision of a stuffed stag's head.
Stumbled across this bar, restaurant on our short stay in Dublin and spent the most relaxing 2 hours enjoying lovely food , cocktails and great service in the most atmospheric surroundings one could imagine.
A great variety of dishes served in a great variety of tables and sofas with unusual artefacts all around the building .
A different experience for a meal but a evening well spent
We was visiting Ireland for a short City break and stumbled across 37 Dawson St while walking around the nicer part of the city. When you first walk in you think the place is going to be tiny, as the frontage is very narrow. However it goes back a long way. The decor is very quirky, but not tacky. The staff were very friendly to us and actually took the time with us to write down some other places to visit. I would really recommend a visit to Dawson Street, the food and vibe is really cool, both of which are complemented perfectly by friendly staff and a quirky venue.
I really liked the interior, especially the funky sofas at the big window overlooking the street. The staff was very nice, cocktails not so good. Probably one of the worst pina colada I've ever had.
