We were staying at the Mespil down the street and stopped in one night for dinner. Make a reservation! We didn't have one, but they were very accommodating and found us a table downstairs. Would definitely have preferred to be upstairs, however, our fault for not planning ahead. Ran around the corner for a bottle of wine after we saw one member of the table across from us return with a couple of bottles. As others have said, no corkage fee! Food was fantastic; had the baba ganouj and the vegetable moussaka. Would have returned again the next night except they are closed on Sunday.
