We visited this restaurant on our first visit to Blanchardstown. The food was very good except for the fact that when we ordered some additional sauce to go with the steak we found out subsequently that we were charged an extra €1.25 even though there was insufficient sauce served with the meal. We were not told at the time that there was an additional charge. We shared a reindeer desert which promised a great deal from its description on the menu but when it was served it was just mainly ice cream and cream with hardly any sauces. These last two things spoilt what could’ve been a really good experience.

Normally when I visit TJIs the servers are really vivacious and enhance the experience but on this occasion our server was perfectly pleasant but that was as far as it went- no vivacity.

I was actually shocked that somewhere so near blanchardstown shopping centre with such a huge footfall could be run so poorly I will never be back. Loads of staff but I honestly don’t know what they were doing? We waited a good 25 mins to have an order taken, food wasn’t great, edible but that’s about it!
We were all so disappointed everyone had a long day and was looking forward to a nice meal

Apart from the great food there is very little that you will find enjoyable about this restaurant of the group. Falls short of other TGI Friday's elsewhere. One disadvantage is that all tables which seats more than four is in the same area. This means it can get really boisterous and you will be deprived of privacy. There is enough room and corners where large teams can be placed separately thus enjoying great time with friends. The walls are crowded with mementos from another time but there is no order or placards to understand the importance of typewriter, wooden snow skies, old photos, gas dischargers, skating shoes etc. that are cramped to the wall. May be that is the way the artist or interior designer wanted but it noes not seem to have artistic appeal. The greatest plus point is the good hot food that was served.

TGI Friday's, seems to cater a high percentage to children's parties as its next to the plex and centre the children didn't have any complaints but I felt as the adult the quality could have been better it is a very busy and noisy environment with background music quite loud not great for conversations, Staff were friendly food service quite slow, long waiting times with impatient children.

TGI Friday's, (Blanchardstown shopping centre), a very busy and noisy environment with background music quite loud and so prevents normal conversations, Staff friendly and doing their best but food service quite slow and poor quality (by our standards), Very disappointing occasion, we paid more that € 74 for food we mostly left behind, I for one will not be back!
