Each Tuesday for the last 20 years after our retirement from the airport my friend Johnny and I (John) meet weekly for lunch in the restaurant in this hotel. Each week we are treated very well by the lovely ladies Bernadette and Martina who wait on us old codgers with a friendly and efficient service. We would like you to know that we really appreciate this excellent service.

The hotel is newly renovated and offers a modern and elegant feel inside, there's plenty of space in the lobby and common areas to chill out, staff is attentive. The room I stayed in was well equipped, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately there isn't much space in the room for opening or storing your luggage, it's barely enough for one person but for two it would become a challenge. Food in the bar/restaurant isn't great. There's a free shuttle to the terminals which saves you some time.

Super customer service from Slwia on reception on Saturday. We had an issue with our booking she was so calm and supportive telephoned Expedia to find booking and even though there was a long queue never once did she lose patience with us! This lady is fantastic!

Very near Dublin airport. They offer a free shuttle 24-7. I walked to terminal 2 with a rolling bag in less than 10 minutes. Restaurant, bar, and cafe on site. I ate at the bar, which had an extensive menu. Pad Thai was flavorful, fresh, and filling. Guinness on tap, of course. Solid room with comfortable bed. McDonald’s and a convenient store less than 200 meters away. From here you can ride the airport bus to Dublin city center in about 15-20 minutes. Friendly, professional staff. Not cheap (240 euros for my night),but a good choice if needing to stay near the airport, and city center hotels will be about 100 euro more per night.
