“yikes”
Reviewed 20 December 2011

This restaurant really is bog standard. We ordered a 3 course meal which was on special for 15.95.
We got a brushetta and a salad for starters. mediocre.
for mains, my fiance got a pizza, which was bland at best,
i ordered a chicken dish in mushroom sauce.
when it arrived, the sauce was so thick i could barely scrap it off the chicken and there were only a few mushrooms on it.
Now i love garlic, i'd go so far as to say its my favourite food, but the sauce was so garlicky it actually turned my stomach. i have never eaten anything like it. i checked the menu and it didn't once say there was garlic in the sauce. i had to tell the manager that it was inedible. in his defense, he was very apologetic and helpful and offered another chicken dish in tomato sauce which was nice when it arrived.
we then had tiramisu which was bland and my fiance had chocolate cake which he said was ok.
the coffee wasn't great and neither was their choice of house wine.
Unfortunately, i wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

PS there was a family next to us that ordered 1 of the chicken dishes i had and while they didn't sent it back, they didn't eat it and were talking about how horrible it was.
