Pleasant hotel with friendly staff, in particular the gentleman manning the door. Spacious reception area with plenty of chairs and settees, complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and newspapers. Clean, well maintained room and bathroom but extremely small, most of the space taken up with a huge bed! Small bedside shelves and hanging space for clothes, but no actual wardrobe or cupboards. A slight drawback was that the maximum volume on the television was quite low therefore difficult to hear and I don't have a hearing problem. Fairly good breakfast with several choices.

Hi Mqui,

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I will make sure your comments are passed on to the staff.

We have just refurbished the hotel and we decided that a bigger bed is better to the guests instead of large bedrooms.

We hope to see you back in the hotel again really soon.

Kind Regards,
Nicola.

I have given this place 5 stars simply because of the culture and tradition around the place. The staff are exceptional and so friendly and welcoming. You will get the total Irish experience here. However, you may skip a Mortgage for a month to fund a night out here, total rip of in price.

Great location in the heart of the city, friendly staff and very helpful! Good value for money, hotel is very clean and room and bathroom very tidy! Fantastic food especially the breakfast ( full Irish ) there is a Tesco opposite the hotel ( for food, water etc ) the only downside was, it can get noisy at night and into the early hours!

I would definitely recommend this hotel, I would stay again!

Stayed here with my wife,,unfortunately only had the one night , but our stay was very pleasurable, staff were friendly and helpful @check-in and in the bar ,and breakfast next morning. The Hotel is very central , well situated to explore all that Dublin has to offer.

The double room was great, comfy bed, bathroom was fine, breakfast (the full Irish). Was as good as any I've had.

Room tip: Rear of hotel probably best, as Fleet St in middle of Temple Bar, always buzzing.
