My daughter had booked and paid for this hotel for herself and 2 daughters to attend the upcoming pink concert on 20/06, unfortunately she cannot attend due to the death of one of her daughters, it just dosent seem right. she emailed the hotel and explained the situation but was told as she had booked a non refundable special offer deal they would not refund the stay. (This special offer deal was £415 euro for 1 night). Really hard to understand how it was a special offer when they are offering the same stay on different dates for £197 Euro. No compassion given, absolutely disgusting customer service.

Big thanks to Jimmy for being so accommodating on St Patrick’s day! Staff were lovely, suite was clean and spacious. Some reviews suggested it is noisy but this was not our experience and found the hotel to be very peaceful away from the crowds in the centre. This hotel served as a great base over the holiday weekend.

The hotel is very well placed for a lovely walk into town along the canal and the park to Grafton Street etc.
For a rugby weekend the hotel is great position to walk to the stadium and Irish musical send off & return to celebrate or commiserate ! Atmosphere is good staff very welcoming and keen to make your stay enjoyable.
‘House Party’ nights a great success with pre show meal if wished and an unforgettable Irish dancing extravaganza.
Comfortable beds in nicely furnished rooms.
Enjoyable stays over many years.
