Me and my boyfriend booked it for one night but we felt so comfortable in this B&B that we stayed for another night.

I am cleaning obsessed and I was really impressed with this B&B. Even though the house is big every inch of it is sparkling!

LOCATION: perfect, in the center of the city but doesn't feel too busy or noisy. 5 min walk from the center points of interest. Very nice restaurant all around. Good and busy pubs very near by.

ROOM: We stayed in a room with very big and bright bathroom. Bed was big and there are different pillows to chose. Room is spacious. There are lovely objects of art around the house.
The house is very elegant, bright, sophisticated. But at the same time feels very same as home. There is very few B&Bs that have character and make you feel like at home - this one does.
It was very quiet and peaceful.

BREAKFAST: good variety, everyone will be happy: irish/ vegetarian / continental breakfast lovers.

PRICE: reasonable, worth every penny

HOSTS: the host- couple were very friendly and polite. My boyfriend enjoyed talking with Paul. We learned so much from him! It made our stay.

We will be definitely back!
Thank you !

We booked this B&B for ourselves then added our friends to the booking. The owners were wonderful to work with in changing our schedule. Upon arrival they welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and the perfect place to stay for a week in Dublin.

Perhaps because it was January and they weren't too busy, we were invited to park our rental in their garage - very nice!

The breakfast selections included cold items like cereal, meats & cheese, toast, fruit, and yoghurt as well as hot items cooked to order and delicious.

Really, this is a wonderful B&B. We'd stay again without hesitation and are very glad we somehow found them.

It was very hard trying to decide on a rating for this b&b as we had so many mixed feelings.. on arrival Paul welcomed us with seat in the lounge and a cup of tea and choccy biscuits, which was gratefully received as we had had a very long day and were extremely tired , and although there is nothing wrong with a friendly chat , it seemed to go on and on and on and we actually felt guilty for trying to end the one sided conversation so that we could go and flake out on our bed . Our room was nice , bed very comfortable but I think the cleaner should make a little more effort . The ensuite was very small and because of the shelf above the sink it was incredibly hard to brush our teeth or have a wash comfortably without making a mess . On our second day Paul dragged us away from breakfast to show us a new room they wanted us to move too as they had other guests that were staying for 7 days ( unlike us that were there for 3 ) .. we were slightly upset as it would mean packing up all our belongings and moving to this other room .. and also the fact that we had booked this stay a few months in advance it seemed unfair . So up Paul went to confer with his wife and came back down , ushered us out of this room and told us we could stay put . When we eventually bumped into his wife she told accused us of not liking this new room and she only thought we would prefer it more as we never came out of our room and it may be more suitable for us !!!!!! She somehow reached this conclusion from the fact we were so dreadfully tired the first day . It was embarrassing and slightly confrontational. There was a lot of confusion over breakfast and rolling of eyes due to my caffeine issues. We kind of felt like we were a hindrance as Paul looked so confused and run of his feet . The b&b is lovely and the area is good , but I'm afraid we wouldn't go back
