Availed of a voucher from the Taste.ie. Was a brilliant offer and the food was beautiful. I have been here twice before also for leaving do's from work so I was pleasantly surprised to see such a great offer on the Taste. Will definitely buy another and be back again.

A great little restaurant tucked away on a side street in Dublin - great food, service and craft cocktails. A definite must visit any time you're in town!!! Loved it!

We were on the terrace. Great to eat outside. Had asparagus with Hollandaise and a summer salad which were both delicious. On of my favourite places.

Such a shame.

I would gladly give a 4 however when I go out to enjoy a meal I never expect to bre seated within 12 ft of someone smoking which is exactly what transpired here.

We arrived and we could eat in the main restaurant or in the covered terrace. It was a lovely evening so we opted for the terrace which was super except for the badly stained table cloth beside our table. No matter this was minor.

Ordered glass of white wine for our starter and a bottle of red for our main. Wine list in my view needs some work.

Food arrived. excellent starters and my nettle risotto was very good.

Mains arrive again pretty good however the medium rare steak was more rare again minor enough.

And then suddenly it is acceptable for a member of wait staff to allow a smoker to light up and pollute my meal, wine with cigarette smoke.

I did complain and it was oh ok I'll ask which he did and she said I'm finishing now so it's ok.

Not acceptable folks. Don't sit anyone in this area if they don't want to smell cigarette smoke when there is are areas designated to do so.

I am simply furious. 160 euro bill anda 20 euro tip but I won't be back. Based on current regulations I'm not even sure this would be allowed.

A long overdue review of Suesey Street. I have lunch at least once a week in this beautiful stylish elegant restaurant in a great location close to Leeson Street Bridge. Suesey Street has three connected dining areas - a bar, the main dining room and a lovely outdoor heated terrace. It is a particularly good venue for groups and private functions.
The food is Modern European in style but with a strong emphasis on high quality Irish produce the provenance of which is noted on the menu eg Kilmore Cod, Lambay Crab, Five Mile Goats chews. I ate from the new lunch menu yesterday and it was excellent. The Lambay Crab salad starter was wonderful - a generous portion of fresh crab meat on a bed of beautifully dressed carrot and coriander salad with thin thyme crackers. My companion had the tempura of Cod which was also a good size with a light batter on an orange and fennel salad. Other interesting new dishes include Monkfish with a langoustine and peanut sauce or Pork Belly with fennel and apple kimchee.
Overall a lovely place to dine with great staff under the highly attentive eye of the ever charming and entertaining John Healy.
