Anchor House Dublin

Stayed here for one night. Overall the guest house was clean. But the property is pretty run down and there is need for some renovation. This was especially obvious in the bathroom that just looked really old. Bed not very comfortable for two people. Staff very friendly. Extremely price friendly, paid 30 euros per night.

On a recent trip to Dublin we once again stayed at our favourite B&B, Anchor House, right in the heart of Dublin. As before, we found all staff to be very friendly and helpful, our room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. A great "Full Irish Breakfast" in the morning set us up for the day.

We highly recomend Anchor House as a great place to stay when visiting Dublin.

It was our first acquaintance with Dublin and Ireland and it began from Anchor House. Everything in this place beginning with a look at it and finishing with hospitable and hearty owners and stuff were great. Location could be better though but we didn't mind the stroll. Excellent full irish breakfast. Great value for very reasonable price.

We picked this guesthouse as it is ideally located in Dublin city centre with easy access to all the main attractions. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Staff were very helpful and really accomodating. I stayed here for three nights and could not recommend it highly enough. It really was a warm, homely experience for a great price in a great location. I will definatley be staying here again.

I had a very lovely stay in Dublin recently when I went to meet up with friends/have a shopping trip. The Anchor was in a great location, easy to get to my night out and to the shops. Will definitely be staying here on any future trips to Dublin.
