Came across this place by accident. They fitted us into this cosy little restaurant. The waitress as very helpful, wine was lovely and the food exceptional particularly the tiramisu and ravioli special. Well worth a visit.

We got take away here both nights of our Dublin stay. The first night we got a beautiful pizza and mozzarella salad, both meals were gorgeous and super fresh. Next night we had pasta and tomatoes sauce, exactly what we wanted. Really can't say enough about how perfect this little place was. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Thank you for helping make our visit even better!

We love Italian food so had it twice while in Dublin. We shared bruschetta w/olive oil. My husband had beef ravioli with cream sauce. I had a cheese and charcutuire plate. Great staff.

Mamma Mia Grattan Street is our daughter's favourite restaurant in Dublin. Sadly it does not open on Sundays so she opted to treat us at it's sister restaurant in St. Stephen's Green expecting the standards there to be comparable. We traveled to Dublin for the 4:30 pm booking, really looking forward to sampling some of the dishes we had heard so much about.
To her eternal embarrassment, and we really felt for her, what we found was nowhere remotely near the standards of Grattan Street. In short, the menu was limited, the food was very poor & haphazardly presented - as well as being somewhat greasy, the ambiance was awful, not helped by very loud "background" music (which we had to ask to be turned down because we could not hear what the waitress was saying!) and the service was very slow even though it was not very busy.
She had organised a birthday dessert on booking but that never materialised!
In fact, the restaurant should probably not have been open because the one toilet had a broken cistern and despite an "out of order" sign being inside the toilet area, the staff did not seem to care, or do anything about, its state of repair.
I am positive that our daughter has contacted Grattan Street in this regard. It was really an awful experience and flies in the face of the reputation of the brand name. Let us hope that management take the appropriate remedial action.
