Visiting Brennanstown Stables and riding through the Wicklow countryside was spectacular - very rugged and off the beaten path

This tour is great. They use a mini van, and take you on back-roads which regular coaches can't access. Our driver, Matt was very knowledgeable on the history of Ireland and the sites we visited, I could listen to him all day.

This was a great trip and the company that handled the horseback riding was amazing. We were on some roads that went down to one lane at times but we were able to see filming locations for Braveheart and P.S. I Love You as well as national treasures like the Guinness Estate and the beautiful monastic village of Glendalough.

Matt was our guide for the day and he was awesome! I was the only one out of group of about 10 that went riding. Some went hiking and the rest went to Powerscourt. Loved riding, Ned was my horse for the day and I don’t think he was happy that we interrupted his breakfast. He was a cheeky horse with lots of personality but it made the experience even more fun. Driving through the big la day was beautiful and it was nice to stop for some great photo opportunities. Matt was an engaging historian and it just added to the experience. Would love to do this again.
