Our driver Alec was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and informative as we toured along. We went to the Irish Republican History Museum, HMS Caroline, wrote on the Peace Wall, had a fantastic pint of Guinness at The Crown - a beautiful Victorian pub with gorgeous interior and little snugs, travelled the roads where the troubles were and went to the Titanic museum. I would love to have spent more time at the museums but you are limited on a day trip so that’s something I will do differently next time but, Irish Day Tours are highly recommended for their customer service and the value for money of this day out.

We had an incredible time traveling to the Cliffs of Moher with Irish Day Tours. Our tour guide (I forget her name and feel terrible) made it a memorable experience! She was so knowledgeable about the country's history and made the information fun. She was so funny too! Her "dad jokes" were outta this world (hint: we saw an award winning scarecrow!) The Cliffs themselves are amazing - you'd really be missing out if you didn't experience them while in Ireland. We were also so thankful that our tour guide offered advice and recommendations for what else to do to really experience what Ireland has to offer. Would 100% recommend this trip to anyone who asked!

We booked our transport with Irish Day Tours and couldn't have been happier with the service. I am a club coordinator of a voluntary dance group and we needed transport to the Brandon Hotel in Tralee on the Friday to attend a big dance competition then back to Dublin on the Sunday. Both drivers were very accomodating and really nice. On the way back to Dublin, we had tired children which in result was making them feel very sick and the driver made a stop off before the agreed stop off. He also let other children off the bus to go use the toilet. I would highly recommend Irish Day Tours and will definitely book with them again in the future.

I took the day tour of the Cliffs of Moher and Galway with my family, including two small children. Alec was our driver, and he did an excellent job of teaching us about loads of sights along the way. It was a long day, for sure, but a wonderful way to see some sights if you don't have the opportunity to devote multiple days to the western coast. Also, the cliffs are truly beautiful, even in the rain and whipping winds off of the ocean.

The Cliffs of Moher trip was absolutely fantastic! The bus leaves nice and early in the morning (7am) so you really get a full day of exploring. Yes, it takes a few hours to get there, yes you're on the bus that time, but the driver makes a stop midway there (after about 1.5 hours) and you get to see the beautiful countryside of Ireland. At the Cliffs, you get about an hour and a half to explore on your own, take pictures, and shop at the gift shops, which was plenty of time for me. The next stop is to Fitzpatrick's in Doolin for lunch, where the menu changes daily, but it's always really good traditional Irish food. Finally, you take a beautiful drive up the west coast to Galway and have about an hour and a half there as well to shop and explore the area. I think we go back to Dublin around 8:30pm or so. If you're lucky enough to have Bud as your tour guide/bus driver, you're going to be in stitches the entire day! He sings to you, his comedic timing is absolutely incredible, and he's extremely knowledgable about all aspects of Ireland! I would highly recommend this trip if you want to see the Cliffs of Moher while you're in Dublin. I used one full day for the trip and still had another day and a half in Dublin and I don't feel like I wasted a day at all by going on the trip.
