Two tours in two days. Day 1 was the Cliffs of Moher which were just as spectacular as described in brochures. The visitor centre is centrally located between two short cliff walks however most visitors choose to follow the trails outside of the boundaries of the attraction, this will certainly take more than the allotted 90 minute visit time even for the fit and nimble but the scenery is well worth it.
Day 2 was Wild Connemara which included Kylemore Abbey and Killary Fiord. The abbey has a fascinating (and romantic) history and a discounted entrance fee is available if you provide your driver's name at the gate. The 90 minute cruise on the Killary Fiord travels past many mussel farms but the chilly air in May kept most tourists huddled inside the cafeteria. I'll bet that outside deck space would be hard to find in warmer weather!

Thanks for choosing Irish day tours for both your tours and I am delighted that you enjoyed them. The cliffs have become the must see natural attraction in Ireland and as you saw they are worth the visit.

The tour was great, but the weather was no so. The guide Bud was funny, informative, and helpful. He made the tour great for us and our 1 year old

Thanks for the review, Bud is a great guy and always gives his guests a fantastic experience. As for the weather we always recommend preparing for the four seasons in one day.

We went on two different tours with Extreme Ireland/Irish Day Tours and both were fantastic. The tours we did were the Giant's Causeway tour and the Cliffs of Moher tour. Our guides for both were great. Very informative about the history of Ireland and the areas that we were going to. The time at main attractions was adequate, it gives you enough time to see them, but not quite enough time to do the longer trail/hikes. So if you want to spend more than 1:30 to 2 hours at the Causeway or the Cliffs, then I wouldn't suggest the tour. I thought it was well put together and we had a great time!

If you spend only one day in Ireland I HIGHLY recommend taking one of their tours. It's an all day excursion but it is well worth it. It was the trip of a lifetime that I will never forget!

Loved it. Blarney stone is the rock but the grounds are so much more. Take your time and explore. Cork city was cool as well. Tour guide was amazing, full of stories, jokes and songs. Exactly what this American tourist wanted on an all day bus tour.
