I went on the Belfast Tour on the 2nd of December 2016. Our tour guide, Jim, was an entertaining guy who couldn't stop talking stories about Ireland and Northern Ireland. We visited loads of places in one day, though we had enough time to absorb each of them.

Value for your money!

We spent a dark and rainy day in Belfast in December. Doesn't get much better than that.

We cannot say enough great things about our guide (Jennifer) and our driver (Larry) who were absolutely fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better guide/driver combination, given the complexity of balancing a day of touring (read:having fun) while dealing with such a heavy subject, which is "The Troubles". Highly recommend this tour.

We love Ireland. Beautiful country. Beautiful people. Amazing history.

My wife and I had the luxury to visit Ireland recently. Of all the tours we went on, the two that were run by Extreme Ireland were the best. The first one we went on was to Cork and a number of fascinating locations including Kissing the Blarney Stone. Our guide for that trip was none other than the leprechaun known as Joey. He was a great tour guide and very knowledgable about everything we asked him about. He was very conscienous about the people on the tour and made sure we were taken care of very well.
The next tour was even better. We did not plan in advance to go to Giants Causeway and Belfast but the company made sure they had availability for us. Our guide was a cool Rock Star named Tony. He made the trip so enjoyable. He took the time to explain the significance of each of the locations we visited. He really did nit just tell us, but he wove it into stories that were creative as much as they were true (we now believe in the giants). He also took time out to explain The Troubles in a very non-partisan way that conveyed what exactly they were and why each side was fighting. He also hooked us up with Desmond in Belfast that took us around that city and explained everything about the conflict that has engulfed the city until only recently.
All-in-all, we do plan on returning to Ireland and will most assuredly use Extreme Ireland in the future.

Liam, our driver/guide was hilarious and incredibly knowledgable.
There was no washroom on the bus, but stops were every 1.5-2 hours.

The bus had rather small seats, so if you are a bit bigger, it might be a bit squished.
The huge bus windows gave a great view from any seat.

The place we stopped for lunch was ok, not great. If the weather is nice, bring a picnic for yourself instead.

I highly recommend the tour and would use this company again for other tours
