The tour was much better than I expected. It is a very interesting experience and unforgettable memory for a day tour. I felt like I travelled to the past during the day, and visited Hill of Tara and Newgrange. The tour guide Mike (I think) was very friendly and nice. Highly recommended

Myself, mum and sister were staying in Dublin for only 5 days, and after spending a few days looking around Dublin wanted to travel out of the city. This half day tour was perfect. Leaving at 2pm we could still do some sight seeing before hand making most of the short time we had there.
The tour itself is such great value for money. You get a tour of Malahide Castle and then take a scenic drive to Howth which is so picturesque. To top everything off, our driver Dominic was so knowledgeable and madefinitely everyone feel so welcomed

First stop Tara Hills, there is not much there but the good tour guide with his knowledge of both fact and fiction/tales and your imagination you get to feel what happened. Newgrange much better more to see and it was really nice to go inside. It was a lovely sunny day (not raining for a change) we drove past a beech but there was no where to park so were not let off the coach - a real shame I think what should have happened was we should have been let off the coach then the coach driver found a spot to park for 10 mins and then told the tour guild so we could all walk back to the beech - still good day out. There are no WC on the coach but there are WC both at Tara Hill (the cafe) and at Newgrange.

We booked and paid for a tour of Powerscourt with this company 3 months prior to our trip to Ireland. We showed up on time the morning of the tour. We were informed that the tour had been cancelled two months earlier. They offered to send us on another tour to Malahide Castle. My wife is a gardener and Powerscourt was on her wish list for the trip. Add to that, it was the last day we were in Dublin.

When I asked why they took my money when they had cancelled the tour I was offered a free two day pass on their Dublin Tour buses. Not much help just before we were leaving.

I have no problem with a tour being cancelled as circumstances change but you should return the fare to your customer. By not telling them until they show up for the tour, they have no option to make alternate arrangements.

Either they are incompetent and don't have any mechanism for contacting a customer who has had their tour cancelled or they are dishonest and want to get around returning money for a tour they are unable to provide.

I can not recommend this company.
