Within walking distance to most points of interest. Buses and Trams all nearby if public transport is preferred. The 747 from Dublin Airport stops right outside the hotel on arrival and departure. Can pay cash on the bus, they do prefer you to have the right amount of 7.00 Euros. Were met on arrival at the hotel by Don. He took his time explaining everything and was very helpful. The ladies in the breakfast room were always available for any extra tea or coffee that may have been required. I would certainly return.

We have just returned from a four day trip to Dublin, staying at Gardiner Lodge. The Airlink Express took us from the airport to within feet of the door and our welcome by Don on reception was excellent. His local knowledge of things to do and places to go helped us enormously. The room was spacious and warm and the bathroom was spotless. The full Irish breakfast set us up for the day. We would not hesitate to return to this lovely hotel in the future.

Excellent hotel. Clean rooms with a large closet and safe and blow dryer. Very helpful front desk staff, helped me plan a bus route and select a train to my destinations every day. Booked a bus tour for me as well. Free WiFi, central location.

The building is beautiful and safe with guests using their key card to open not only their room door but to get access to the building too. Everyone was incredibly friendly. The room I had was very small but the decor, amenities (wardrobes, safe, hairdryer, pretty standard sized bathroom) and the location more than make up for it. The bed was clean and comfortable and so was the bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries being provided. Breakfast is very limited (lady offering you a full Irish and tea/coffee plus a little counter with juice and 3 different types of cereal plus cheese and fruit) but considering the price and the location, its something you can easily get over. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here...its a proper little gem with easy walking access to Connolly Station, Bus Aras and the city centre.
