Relatively new property with a 10-15 minute walk into the main Dublin tourists sights. Location is near the airport link bus stop. If you're travelling on a budget, this hotel is value for money, given it's location. Breakfast is provided and rooms are clean.
However, this hotel does not have lifts so be aware if you have heavy lugguage. There are no bell boys to assist.

Great location, not far from Talbot and far enough from the hustle and bustle of the Temple Bar district. Quiet building, clea, fairly new interior and friendly staff. Reasonable price. The Airlink Express stops about 50 feet from the front door. Wifi works well. Breakfast included between 8-10. The usual English breakfast affair. Room was large, heating wasn't great. Room safe, toiletries, and comfortable beds.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms at the back of the building. Street is noisy.

Exploring Dublin with your base in the Gardiner Lodge is perfect, on walking distance from University and Temple Bar area with all nice restaurants.
We had a great (big), nice, clean room on the 4th floor on the back of the house, so very calm.
Good breakfast and friendly staff. We forgot some stuff after leaving and this was send to us by postal package with compliments
We will come back

We arrived by bus from the airport. Bus stop very close to hotel which was fantastic. Very courteous and helpful staff

Our room was at the top of the house so a bit of a climb but was a good size and spotless. Beds extremely comfortable. bathroom large. Shower great. Decor tasteful.

Easy walk to all main areas.

Suggested improvement would be tissues in bedrooms.

Only negative was eggs at breakfast. Fried eggs weren't fried. Cooked in oven and no lovely runny yolk. Hard as a hard boiled egg.

Still dies not detract from overall mark. Great value.
