I stayed in a 10 female dorm bed; the hostel has a great location, walking distance to the most attractions such as Temple Bar, Trinity College, St Patricks. The staff was very polite, good atmosphere. There's room, which is used to serve the breakfast as well as a lounge. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The USB charge and the light for each bed are very useful, and the Wi-fi worked well. Good breakfast, free storage. If you need hair dryer or hair straightener, each costs 0.50 per use.

Room Tip: Best 8 dorm bed.

Me and my friend stayed here for 3 nights during the New Year's Eve period. This was my first time at a hostel and my friend had previously filled me in on the things to expect.
The staff were great, very welcoming and very helpful with information about the city.
The accommodation is a little sub par if I'm honest. The cleanliness isn't very good. Our shower was filthy and it was also blocked so you had 3 minutes to shower before the water started to overflow onto the floor. We notified reception but nothing was done for the duration of our stay.
Bedding wasn't clean, it contained hairs and the bunk beds were full of grubby finger and hand marks.

In the bathroom where the sink pipe goes into the wall there was a huge gaping hole which revealed the next doors bathroom. I had to stuff tissue paper in there as I didn't want people next door seeing me on the toilet!!!

The beds are very uncomfortable. I left with a bad back.

People will check in at all hours so you can expect to hear noise throughout the night but this is normal. I didn't take advantage of the free breakfast to give comment on that.
One word of warning to couples is that the lady who comes to change your towels doesn't knock. She'll just randomly walk in on you, so be ware or perhaps let reception know you don't want to be bothered.

Overall this place is great for a very short stay, the location is perfect but for myself it wasn't the cleanest and comfiest place to stay and for almost 50 quid a night I expected it to be better.

Great location which made my trip easy!! Hostel was good, rooms clean, although no space to store luggage and lockers were downstairs. I was in a room towards the back so noise wasn't an issue. Super breakfast and common room. Would recommend to friends.

I stayed in an 8 bed female dorm. The room was clean and nice. The location is the best thing about this hostel though. It made my visit to Dublin easier than I thought it would be. The only bad thing was that people did check in right before midnight so they were really loud making their beds ready and such but I guess thats just something to expect when you stay in a multicultural environment where people come and go every hour of the day.

This hostel is right on the river and it's next door to a supermarket, which puts it as the most accessible hostel I've ever stayed at!

The rooms are nice and the beds comfortable, each one has its own little light and charging station. Outside noise can get a bit loud since the room I stayed in was directly over a busy bus stop, but the free earplugs they give you took care of that. The bathrooms are a bit dirty but this seems to be normal in all the places I've stayed. Everything is becoming run down though, including the stairs.

The downsides is that you have to rent storage lockers and they're downstairs. There's nowhere to put your luggage in the rooms except against the walls.
