The place is borderline acceptable and definitely not impressive. Travelling with extended family made the idea of this place great. Multiple bedrooms, a small kitchen and sitting area and free wi-fi were must haves with our group....but(!) the furnishings were in bad shape and most of them stained (with lord knows what), curtains were stained, the patio was partially flooded with the nastiest water I've ever seen and the smell in the hallways seemed to remind me of a home for geriatrics! If this were a normal hotel in this condition, we wouldn't have stayed...but in this case, having the extra bedrooms and such slightly outweighed the cleanliness.

Also, they mention having a 'concierge' but I'd say he was hardly that. Having a 24hr reception is nice, but the fellow we spoke with didn't know where the apartments were on the bus tour map and thus didn't know where the closest stop was! Seems like pretty basic information to me...

Maybe St Augustine has better apartments then the ones we stayed in, but ours certainly was short of spectacular.

We will certanly prefer St Augustine Apartments by stayDublin to Millennium Tower & Walk ones offered by the same company. Good location, private parking offered.
Clean and modern building, good for family stay

Millennium Tower & Walk not as tidy and fresh as Augustine Apartments and surroundings is not quite perfect but still good value for money

The apartment which we stayed was big, 2 double bed rooms with big living, dining and kitchen with complete accessories. I think it have just did the upgrading as the apartment was very new and clean. It's a waste as we only manage to have a brief stay for a night. We check in around 10pm and left the next day around 10 am. A very brief encountered.

We had never tried an apartment before, but were very pleasantly surprised by this one. It was conveniently situated for Dublin sights, and also for the bus to and from the airport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed, although the tv/dvd system had a mind of its own! But the staff sorted it out immediately, so I have no complaints. It was also very quiet. I would certainly recommend these apartments - particularly for families. (I didn't see any swimming pool, so the mark for that is inadvertant - the system doesn't seem to have a mechanism for cancelling it.)

I stayed here for a long weekend while visiting Dublin and found the rooms clean enough, and well equipped. However, service was minimal and they never actually came up after I asked them to change up the bed configuration and an iron. Main bad point was that there was an excess of stag dos going on, and noise echoes in the courtyard.
