Got the bus from airport to usher quays and apartments are only a few mins walk away. We arrived early so asked about somewhere to store our bags but were allowed to check in early.
We were initially given keys for wrong apartment but once we got into ours it was lovely. Tea and coffee for a drink, a nice little kitchen, 4 single beds in 2 bedrooms like we asked for a good basic bathroom and even a washing machine and dishwasher (which saved washing up the next day). The lady on reception had already advised us to make sure we put the booster on when getting ready to go out with their being 4 girls!
We got 2hrs late check out which cost 20 euros which was nothing between 4 of us and there is a tesco express not far for your little extras!
Not far from Guinness factory or temple bar which were our main visiting spots on our overnight trip

found the apartments in a very good location, clean tidy and spacious, could have been doing with a few more cooking utensils, we were short of a grill tray, carpets could be doing with a wee clean, staff were very helpful, value for money, didn't like the fact you have to push two single beds to make a double, but after saying that beds very comfortable. guiness tour a must. Round the corner you have the oldest pub in Dublin Brazen head, good food, lovely atmosphere, make sure you hit the bar for the live entertainment FREE i may add, really enjoyed, would definitely go back. being a fifer and all.

I booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartments here for my birthday to stay with a group of friends. I was looking for something really close to Temple Bar but really stuggled to find apartments that would take number of people in my group. The location is just OK, its a 15 min walk Temple Bar or a short taxi ride.

The apartments themselves are nice, clean, tidy, modern ish furnishings and are very spacious. The only complaint would be that the sofa bed in our apartment was un-useable as half the slats were missing so the mattress fell through to the floor and they charge you a fee for cleaning if you leave a bit of a mess(dishes not done, rubbish left etc)

You will only get 1 key for each apartment, which can be difficult if you are coming home at different times.

If you have a group of people its a good option if you don't mind a bit of a walk to get anywhere, and the price is reasonable.

Dear Guest
Thank you for taking the time to place your review on Tripadvisor. I am glad to hear that our apartments could accommodate your group. We are very suited to large groups, wishing to stay together or close to one another.
I am sincerely sorry to hear that the sofa bed was usable. I am not sure if you reported it to reception, as they could have asked maintenance to reaffix the wooden slats. They become loose with use but can easily be re-fixed.
I am delighted to say that we are now using codes for access to the various apartment blocks from the courtyard. This eliminates the need to block keys. We made this operational change for the comfort and convenience of our guests. This will allow greater flexibility and easier access for our guests.
If you would like to discuss your stay further, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours sincerely

We booked the penthouse apartment over new year, which was a nicely sized apartment, however, we asked to be moved to another apartment because one balcony door would not open and the other would not lock (although we were told that "this door has never locked because no-one can break in from here"), there were various other issues with the apartment ie plug sockets hanging off the walls, sticky floor, sticky furniture from previous visitors spilt drinks (we cleaned the sofas ourselves before we sat down!) and only 1 set of keys between 4 of us.

The manager was very helpful and made all the necessary arrangements for us to be moved the next day, all the staff were aware of the situation and our move went smoothly.

The second penthouse apartment was also a nice size and had balcony doors that opened, closed and locked, and a spare set of keys. Unfortunately, this apartment had unbelievably dirty walls and carpets, it actually boggles me how they could have let the apartment get in that state before giving it a lick of paint and using a carpet cleaner, other low points of the apartment included there being not enough cuttlery (we bought our own), a 2 pin plug on the hairdrier (that didn't fit the bathroom socket!), not enough hot water for the 4 of us despite putting the booster on, no dishcloth and 1 loo roll between the 4 of us for the weekend!!

So, we had some difficulties and since we'd already caused enough trouble moving from 1 apartment to another, we thought we should just keep quiet. It wasn't untenable and it was actually quite funny in the end how the walls could be so dirty!

The apartments are in a good location and the staff are nice so I would stay here again but be warned, you get what you pay for - the pictures on their website were taken a long time ago once upon a time when the walls / carpets / floor tiles / sofas were clean!

Dear Guest
Thank you for taking the time to place your review on Tripadvisor. We are sincerely sorry to hear that there were a number of issues you had with regard to the comfort and convenience of your stay.
The door to the terrace of apartment 84 was severely damaged, we have another door ordered, but the lead time is 14 weeks as it had to be specially ordered.
I have raised the housekeeping and maintenance issues you encountered with the relevant departments. I apologise they affected your overall comfort of the apartments.
I apologise that there were marks on the carpets, they have since been cleaned. We have a scheduled cleaning and painting program in place for all the apartments.
If you would like to discuss your stay further, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours sincerely
Deirdre Treacy
